MARIETTA TARALRUD MADDRELL

was born in England to Scandinavian parents and only began translating from Norwegian and Swedish after chance meetings in India with Hindi poets. Her translations include Voices from Chernobyl (2009) and Here Lay Tirpitz (2022), both by Ingrid Storholmen, and Lynette's Journey (2014) by Hanne Bramness.
